QwikBuild Secures $2.3M Pre-Seed to Scale Enterprise AI Tools Across Asia and Beyond

QwikBuild, a Bengaluru-based enterprise AI startup, raised $2.3 million in pre-seed funding on October 28.
The round was led by Japan-listed Globalway with participation from Blume Ventures, DeVC, Marsshot and angels including Lalit Keshre and Ankit Nagori.
Why This Funding Signals Broader Enterprise AI Shifts
Founded in 2025 by former slice executive Pradeep Ayyagari, the company builds custom business software and AI agents for operations.
Its tools already serve clients in the US, Singapore, India and Dubai, including some without dedicated tech teams.
The funding will support go-to-market efforts such as a new US team and Southeast Asia expansion.
A joint venture with Globalway aims to enter Japan’s enterprise market by the end of 2026.
Longer-Term Effects on Founders and Regional Markets
This move aligns with Japan’s new business AI guidelines from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Over the next 12 months, similar Indian AI startups may pursue Asian joint ventures to access regulated markets faster.
Traditional software service firms could face pressure as no-code AI platforms reduce the need for large internal engineering teams.
Founders in emerging markets may gain from cross-border talent flows and compliance-focused opportunities in enterprise AI.
