Who are we?

We are Curri and our mission is to be the way the world delivers construction and industrial supplies. Curri provides on-demand, last-mile logistics for construction and adjacent industries with our nationwide fleet of cars, trucks, and flatbeds. Curri was founded in 2018 and was a part of the YC S19 Batch. Employees work out of our office in Ventura, CA, but the majority of our fast-growing start-up operates remotely, with over 100 employees spread across the United States. We're solving a massive, global problem of inefficiency in the construction industry. We imagine a world of efficient construction sites resulting in a net win for the entire world. What's the role?

Do you like building great products that help customers solve real world problems? Do you like creating a big picture vision and collaborating with great people to turn it into a reality? Do you want responsibility and ownership beyond just shipping a bunch of random features that your boss tells you need to be out by the end of the quarter?

Great! You might be a fit for our growing Product team at Curri.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to build out our customer platform here at Curri. The customer platform connects all the parts of Curri together so our largest enterprise customers can harness the full power of what Curri has to offer.

Partnering with our CTO and CPO, you will be working closely with our enterprise customers to deeply understand their needs and their internal roadmaps and use that knowledge to rally the resources within Curri to create solutions that exceed our customers’ expectations.

Join us in making "Deliver with Curri" the default option for construction and industrial supplies.

What will you do:

  • Understand the needs of our customers better than they do and ensure that Curri's platform provides solutions that satisfy them.
  • Collaborate with our sales, operations, product, and engineering teams to define and build cohesive, intuitive, and quality experiences for our customers.
  • Define, gather, and write requirements for features and long-term projects that our team needs to execute on.
  • Work closely with the go to market teams to ensure that the Curri platform meets our customers’ needs and is effectively presented to them.
  • Build and maintain an integrations platform/framework for our customer platform with all necessary services, API endpoints and documentation to significantly accelerate building new integrations internally as well as by 3rd party vendors/partners.
  • Engage with leadership to participate in prioritizing software engineering work.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of initiatives to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.

What you will need to have:

  • A track record: 5+ years of experience doing software product management, and a demonstrable ability to work with product stakeholders to bring ideas to market
  • A Customer First mentality: You truly prioritize engaging with customers to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Execution skills: A bias towards action and a record of working with engineering teams to ship software in a quick and iterative manner.
  • A strategic mindset: You’re always thinking two steps ahead to make sure that short-term work is aligned with the long-term plan.
  • Problem-solving skills: The ability to understand complex problems, clarify and explain them.
  • Prioritization: The ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects, understand how they are connected, and make trade-offs when necessary.

What will make you stand out:

  • Clarity and Communication: Demonstrate that you can think clearly and communicate your thoughts. There are a lot of moving parts at Curri and your ability to understand and communicate them to others is vital to your success.
  • Collaboration: This role will work closely with a number of different teams, both internally and externally, and you’ll need to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
  • Growth: A desire to push yourself and hone your craft. This team will be growing fast and there will be opportunities for advancement if you can demonstrate that are up to the task.
  • Systematic Mindset: Show us that you can engage in Systems Thinking. We build and own a software and logistics platform at Curri and product managers have to be aware of the downstream effects of their decisions as well as understand the upstream effects of the decisions others make around them.

What is in it for you?

  • You will have the opportunity to work for a dynamic and successful start-up on a diverse team where you can make a huge impact by doing meaningful work.
  • Work in a remote environment with a flexible schedule. We don’t micromanage and want to help you do great work.
  • There is no work/life—there is only life and want your time at Curri to be life-giving and foster the best version of you. We care about family and your own personal development and don't expect you to be always engaged with work.
  • We offer a competitive salary, and benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, vision, 401K, and an equity compensation grant.
