What You Are Getting Into
We are looking for a senior machine learning engineer with AWS Sagemaker experience to lift our algorithms and ML infrastructure to a new level.
We use sensor data from mobile phones to predict specific motion patterns in logistic processes (e.g., delivering a parcel), and to do that, we need great expertise in ML from a person like you.
At truemetrics, your tasks include support in data preparation (sensor data & videos), the design of ML architecture, and training and optimizing our algorithms to detect motion patterns in time series.
You will be the first machine learning employee in our company, and that means you will scale the team with us - great chances and responsibilities are waiting for you, and we will promise you the option to grow with the company.

Requirements
- +3 years in Machine Learning and Data Science
- Proven records of working with AWS (e.g., Sagemaker / Lambda / S3) or comparable
- Interested in ML for time series - sorry, no transformers :)
- Passion for the startup journey, proactive and solution-oriented attitude, high motivation
- You believe in facts and numbers, but also get along with people easily and communicate clearly
- Ability to prioritize - finding the line between 80 and 20
- Fluency in English and/or German.
