At Bemlo you will be building world class software for an underserved segment: healthcare professionals. Our mission is to enable flexible working arrangements that allow more nurses and carers to remain in a profession they love – but struggle to make work with their personal life.

Who you are
We are looking for a confident fullstack engineer with strong frontend bias and a willingness to take ownership and work affectionately on maintaining high standards in our component library and React application. You should be excited about delivering powerful functionality and best in class UX while working closely with the end customer.
You should be just as comfortable de-bugging a niche React rendering bug as building a complex, interactive UI component from scratch. You have an eye for detail but understand that speed of execution is key to succeeding as a startup.
You will be a great fit if you:
- Launched a project / product / startup on your own or with a team
- Want to be part of the entire process from customer – architecture – implementation
- Want to combine European values with American ambition
- Enjoy small but exceptional teams of equals
Nice to haves:
- Previous experience with our stack (Postgres / Prisma ORM / Node / GraphQL / Apollo / Turborepo)
- Interest for design

About the team
The Bemlo team is currently twelve people located in London, Oslo, and Stockholm coordinating in English. We are a diverse team with strong engineering and healthcare backgrounds serving 630+ healthcare facilities. As part of the Bemlo team – look forward to bi-yearly relocations and frequent off-sites and meet ups.
