We are hiring a Sales Development Representative who will directly work with the Head of Growth. You will act as the initial point of contact for founders looking to use Warp and are responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team.
This is not a routine, 9 to 5 job. Working with us means having high ownership. At Warp, we do whatever it takes to make our founders and customers successful. You may have to reply to an inbound lead at 10pm. But we also don’t mind if you have to go run errands at 11am on a Tuesday
Warp is primarily based in New York City. For this role, you’re ideally located here, but for exceptional candidates, we’re open to remote as long as you’re based in the US, can work Eastern Time hours from 10am-6pm, and can spend 25% of your time in New York City.
What You’ll Do
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound outreach
- Conduct research to identify and add prospects to your outbound sales list
- Maintain and log all sales touch points within Hubspot

- High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- High sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- Willingness and openness to learn new things on a daily basis
Nice to Haves
- Experience with startup / smb sales
- Experience in using HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience at a high-growth startup
