We are seeking an exceptional Korean-English bilingual Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to a serial entrepreneur Founder/CEO, Yunha Kim. This part-time role entails a weekly commitment of 5 to 10 hours, typically scheduled outside of regular work hours or on weekends.
Qualifications
Must be fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written)
Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
Detail-oriented, responsive, reliable, and flexible with high emotional intelligence (EQ)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient with computer applications & online research
Desired
Availability after work hours and weekends, as the Founder/CEO is available for personal matters during those times
Ability to commit to long term, multi-year employment.
Maturity, Confidentiality & Professionalism: Handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, including email correspondence, and interpersonal communication abilities. You may often represent the CEO/Founder to external stakeholders so it’s important that you maintain a professional demeanor and great communication skills.
Problem-solving skills: ability to think critically and solve problems independently, and provide proactive suggestions when faced with challenges.
