Operations Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Support our painting crew with daily operations
• Manage crew recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Support crew career development including skill development, goal setting, and evaluations
• Provide excellent customer support and manage escalations, as needed
• Manage supply inventory and implement efficient tracking systems
• Executing project supply ordering and assembly ahead of scheduled start dates
• Create weekly schedules and partner with the Growth team to manage demand planning
• Support expansion planning into new regions and business models

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be resilient, scrappy, resourceful, and good at problem solving
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish, English)
• 2-3 years of relevant work experiences, preferably at early-stage startups
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive mindset
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment that’s constantly changing
