We're the degen platform for institutions and the institutional platform for degens.

We are looking for a DeFi-native growth lead which will ensure the success of our new non-KYC prosumer/retail DeFi terminal. You will work hand in hand with the CEO who owns pre-launch responsibility and leads our institutional sales. After launch, you will have the overall responsibility for the growth of Terrace's on-chain platform.

Job Description

We seek a talented and motivated contract illustrator to join our fast-paced startup. As a contract illustrator, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to create visually appealing and intuitive illustrations and designs for our rewards program, mobile and web apps, and broader marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic sense and the ability to adapt to various styles and themes. You will collaborate with our design and editorial teams to produce compelling visuals that enhance our projects and resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project team to conceptualize and execute illustrations that effectively communicate and enhance the given themes.
• Create high-quality, detailed illustrations for a variety of media including digital, print, and social media.
• Adhere to project timelines and respond promptly to feedback and revisions.
• Maintain communication with the team throughout the creative process.
• Ensure all artwork is delivered in the required formats and meets all specified guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Available to start immediately
• At least one year of experience in illustration, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an illustrator or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
• Excellent drawing and conceptualization skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of styles and aesthetic directions.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work effectively from home.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
