We are looking to hire a part-time bookkeeper to join our team. We want someone passionate about the architectural, engineering, and construction space and finance in general.
The person joining the team will work side by side with the CEO and help keep our books up to date and general finance tasks. You will be working on keeping our books organized and preparing and updating our financial statements. You will assist the CEO in preparing the income tax filing and sales tax filings. Essential Duties:
- Update our books regularly.
- Prepare sales tax filings.
- Update financial models.
- Prepare financial reports such as P&L.
- Update our cash flow reports.
About you:
- High-energy and can-do attitude.
- Experienced with Quickbooks online.
- You have experience with US tax regulations.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in uncertainty and with full autonomy.
- Team player and "getting things done."
- You can learn new software fast.
- Finance experience is not required but is a plus.
